He stepped in after we couldn’t get in contact with the original installer to remove and reinstall the panels for a job at my parent’s home. What I thought was an annoying challenge turned out to be divine intervention. I live across country from my parents and couldn’t have trusted him more with this project. He communicated perfectly and did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he’d do it. Other companies were making this process so complicated and really expensive. Dana’s pricing was fair and they coordinated perfectly with the roofing company. We are even moving the ongoing monitoring over to him. Dana was very hands on and a great communicator.  His team was professional and very knowledgeable.  They worked with me to get the best production but at the same time "hide" the panels so they were less visible from the street view.  We've achieved complete energy offset so no more electrical bills and I now also have an awesome backup option in case of hurricane or other outage.

I wanted a 15kw system with state-of-the-art components including as much battery storage as I could afford.  Dana devoted a significant amount of time answering all my questions and pointing out alternatives in some cases.  I ended up with a design and battery storage of 32kwh that exceeded my expectations.  The 24 panels were installed in one day as promised by Dana's own crew without issues.  The inside work was performed by Dana's master electrician without issues.  Dana pricing is competitive and his contract is quite clear and transparent.  As promised Dana managed everything with plans/designs, county permits, electric utility and HOA materials.  Highly recommended!
